About Vampire Penguin

Vampire Penguin was founded in California by brothers Paolo and Leo, who reimagined dessert with their signature shaved snow—light, airy, flavor-infused, and endlessly fun. What started as a family-run shop quickly became a dessert sensation, known for its playful personality and wildly creative combinations.

In 2018, I proudly opened the first East Coast location in Seminole, Florida, officially launching Vampire Penguin’s expansion beyond the West Coast. Since then, I’ve helped lead our brand’s growth across Florida, working alongside an incredible group of owner-operators who now serve communities in Ellenton, Brandon, Sarasota, Fort Pierce, Pensacola, Palm Beach, and soon, Cocoa Beach.

Today, Vampire Penguin continues to grow across the country, with locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Florida, New Jersey, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, North Dakota, Washington, Mississippi, Virgina, Missouri—each one locally owned and operated, bringing our whimsical shaved snow experience to their own communities.
