Hi, I’m Jessica — owner of Vampire Penguin Seminole and proud mom of two.
Since opening our doors in 2017, Vampire Penguin has grown into a local spot known for fun, beautiful desserts and a welcoming, family-friendly vibe. What started as a creative idea quickly became something bigger — a place where people come to celebrate, treat themselves, and make sweet memories.
We’re best known for our signature shaved snow desserts — light, creamy, and unlike anything else. But we don’t stop there. We also serve gourmet cotton candy, freeze-dried candy, dirty sodas, açaí and yogurt bowls, smoothies, and specialty drinks. It’s playful, it’s delicious, and there’s always something new to try. We aim to give you the best dessert experience in the Tampa Bay Area!
Over the years, we’ve loved being part of the Pinellas County community — supporting school spirit nights, teacher appreciation events, beach cleanups, and more. Our goal has always been to spread smiles and give back whenever we can.
With the recent addition of our colorful new food trailer, we now have even more ways to connect with the community — whether it's at a festival, a school, or a neighborhood event. But no matter where we are, our heart is always right here in Seminole.
